Passionfruit Rum

Remember ‘something you can do with olives to make them more delicious’.. well this is that… but with Rum! It really isn’t a recipe, it’s so simple.

  • 400ml rum
  • 2 passionfruits (halved)
  • 1/2 Litre Jar

Put the passion fruit halves in the jar and cover with Rum… this should fill the jar completely. Shake the jar and leave in the fridge for 2 days… remove from the fridge and leave on ‘the bar’ (i.e. a worktop, table.. anywhere room temperature) for a week. Transfer the contents of the jar to a bottle, through a sieve to get rid of the nasty bits. Drink…. passion fruit mojitos will change your life!
